Jama Masjid and Rickshaw Ride at Noon
Explore Jama Masjid, India's largest mosque and take a Riding on a Rickshaw through the vibrant market of Chandni Chowk know for it’s rich street food, gemstones, and spices.
11:00 AM - Red Fort
Take a quick photo of the Red Fort from outside (the fort is closed on Mondays). Your tour guide will explain the importance of the structure, and describe its many significant features as part of the Mughal architectural design.
12:00 PM - Raj Ghat
Our next stop is Raj Ghat, the memorial to Mahatma Gandhi. It’s one of the most beautiful and peaceful places in India.
1:00 PM - Lunch
You can grab some food from one of the many restaurants/cafés in the area or enjoy a meal at a luxury hotel (additional cost is not included in your all-day pass).
2:00 PM – President's House, Parliament House, India Gate
After passing the war memorial (India Gate) take the opportunity to take some pictures outside Rashtrapati Bhawan (the President's House) and Parliament House.
3:00 PM - Humayun's Tomb
The next place we’ll visit is Humayun’s Tomb... an early Mughal mausoleum built for the 2nd Mughal emperor and ancestor of the Taj Mahal. Here you’ll see the original architecture that inspired its later counterparts to be built later in the Mughal regime including the Taj Mahal itself.
Lotus Temple or Akshardham Temple between 4 PM and 5 PM Spend the afternoon at one of these two famous temples: Akshardham is a large, complex temple with beautifully carved structures; Lotus temple is a peaceful place of worship for the Baha'i faith.
5 PM: Visit the Qutub Minar Qutub Minar is the tallest brick minaret in the world and has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This completes your sightseeing tour.
6 PM: Return Tour ends with drop off at your hotel, airport or preferred location. Enjoy the fond memories of your visit to Delhi.
